    Nope

  2. How do you do the billing?
    We charge your credit card when the order is received.

  3. I don't see that item I was looking for?
    Contact us with your best description and we will make it for you. We will email you a sample before production.

  4. When will I receive my order?
    Usually within one (1) week from time of order.

  5. What if I do not like my purchase?
    This rarely happens!
    There is a 20% restocking charge on all returned items.
    Return freight charges are your responsibility.
    If any item is defective, replacements will be sent & we will pay the replacement shipping charges. Please save all original packaging materials.
    We can not accept any return without the original packaging.

  6. What if my order is damaged by UPS or the shipper?
    Although we make extensive efforts to securely box up all of our products, the shippers sometimes damage the merchandise. First...CALL US IMMEDIATELY! Second...Save all packing materials. We will contact the shipper for you and have the item picked up. We will also start the process of getting you a replacement item.
